Sean Biggerstaff

Sean Biggerstaff was born on March 15th, 1983 in Glasgow Scotland. At the age of 7, he decided that he wanted to act, so he joined a local drama group in Maryhill. After five years with the group, he decided to join the Scottish Youth Theatre and spent six years with them. It was at the Scottish Youth Theatre that he was chosen by Alan Rickman (Severus Snape in the HP movies) to act as Tom in "The Winter Guest". In 1999, Sean met up with an agent, and the following week he successfully auditioned for Harry Potter.

Unfortunately, after the first two Harry Potter movies, the part of Oliver Wood was cut. After the second Harry Potter movie (HP and the Chamber of Secrets) Sean had a part in **"Shada", "Charles II: The Power & The Passion" and "Cashback", a short film in which he plays the lead role of Ben.
